Dr. Ganguly is a distinguished leader in Oncology and Medical Affairs, serving as the CEO and Founder of Medical Affairs Solutions. With more than a decade of global experience, she has consistently driven strategic innovation across the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and MedTech industries—bridging cutting-edge science with meaningful stakeholder engagement.​​

A published researcher and award-winning professional, Dr. Ganguly is also the creator and host of “The Medical Affairs Dialogues”, a podcast that brings thought leadership to the forefront of industry conversation. Dr. Ganguly has played a pivotal role in co-organizing multiple Medical Affairs Professional Society (MAPS) events and has served as a core member of the Planning Committees. She has led dynamic panel discussions and made significant contributions to congress debrief reports, showcasing her leadership and strategic insight in Medical Affairs.​
